The Heart and Cost Behind Evergrace

Evergrace has always been a labor of love. We believe stories have power—to shape young hearts, stir wonder, and draw kids closer to truth. Creating those stories is one of the greatest joys of our lives.

But charging for them? That’s not always easy to talk about. We know it can feel awkward. Even we’ve wrestled with it.

Why we charge

We’ve chosen to charge a small fee for our stories—not because we’re trying to profit from the gospel—but because meaningful, excellent work takes real time and real resources.

We’re not a big studio. We’re a small team of believers doing everything we can to produce stories that families come back to again and again. It takes 6–8 weeks and thousands of dollars to craft each one. We put our whole hearts into them—and we hope that shows.

What we’ve invested

Since 2018, Claire and I have poured in our savings, our house deposit, our weekends, and our energy. We’ve worked full-time jobs while building Evergrace at night. It hasn’t been easy—but it’s been worth it.

God’s opened doors and sustained us through the support of families who believe in what we’re doing.
